Garrick's Villa is a grade 1 listed country house located on Hampton Court Road close to Hampton Village. The house was originally constructed in the Middle Ages and was bought by the renowned 18th Century actor-manager, David Garrick in 1754. During his ownership many alterations were made by Robert Adam including the Portico, an orangery and the construction of a tunnel under the road to his riverside lawn.
